The Sales Enablement Coordinator supports the firm’s outside sales team (Business Developers) and reports to the Sales Enablement Manager. The Sales Enablement team provides operational, research, and deal support to the firm’s Business Developers. The Business Developers drive revenue growth and client acquisition by engaging directly in the marketplace to uncover and nurture new opportunities and convert them into business for the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Help to facilitate sales activity that supports firm growth goals and is aligned with the firm’s marketing and brand strategy

  • Support Business Developers with scheduling for internal and external clients and expense reports (entry, review and approval)

  • Help monitor request queue and self-assign projects

  • Perform varied research projects on targets and markets to support sales efforts

  • Coordinate cold-calling campaigns, working with the firm’s outside vendor and client service teams, as appropriate

  • Help educate Business Developers on tools, technology, and best practices

  • Help Business Developers to prepare for and follow-up on tradeshows, conferences, and other events

  • Assemble, or coordinate with other teams to create, sales collateral including statements of qualification and proposals

  • Embrace and demonstrate competency across the suite of utilized technology and tools

  • Understand the firm’s service offerings, competitive advantages, and industry-focused approach to the market

  • Collaborate with other teams within sales, marketing, or client service as appropriate to ensure alignment and support for projects

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required

  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred

  • Strong organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex issues to others

  • Ability to understand problems, think critically, and identify creative solutions

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint desired

  • Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%

  • This position may require some overtime hours
