Gellert Global Group Payroll Coordinator in Elizabeth, New Jersey

Summary/Objective:

Gellert Global Group is looking for a payroll coordinator to assist with managing all payroll activities and ensure the timely and accurate payment of employee wages. The payroll coordinator will ensure the collection of all necessary information and documents, compute wages, and investigate and resolve any payroll issues or discrepancies.

Essential Functions:

 

  • Review timesheets for inconsistencies subsequent to department manager submissions

  • Review employee profile information in ADP

  • Ensure salaries, benefits, and wages are calculated accurately

  • Work in coordination with the HR department

  • Review payroll preview reports to ensure changes are captured accurately.

  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries timely

  • Provide payroll related information for audit requests

  • Provide support for budget process and ongoing monitoring of the budget

  • Responsible for reviewing and reconciling all payroll and benefit related invoice

    • Associate degree in related field, preferred
  • 2 years of work experience as a Payroll Coordinator or a similar position

  • Proficiency in ADP and Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.,)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multi- task

  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information

  • Strong critical thinking skills

  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
