Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The role involves managing both union and non-union payroll, certified payroll, union benefits, accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliations for a construction company. The position operates from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm and is fully onsite. Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Handling full charge bookkeeping tasks • Managing both union and non-union payroll • Overseeing certified payroll and union benefits • Handling accounts payable and receivable • Conducting reconciliations • Performing month and quarter end duties • Operating various accounting software systems • Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites including Excel and Outlook for daily tasks • Performing accounting functions such as bank reconciliations and billing functions • Utilizing QuickBooks for various accounting tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook

• Knowledge of Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations

• Familiarity with Billing Functions

• Proficiency in QuickBooks
