Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are searching for a Maintenance Technician to work in a GMP environment, primarily focusing on the maintenance and repair of production machinery and building equipment. This role involves responding to repair requests, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and making necessary repairs to ensure the machinery is in good working condition. The successful candidate will be tasked with working from drawings, schematics, blueprints, and instructions to perform assigned tasks. The role also includes performing moderate to complex adjustments and repairs to plant equipment such as bagging machines, conveyors, kitchen equipment, and utility equipment. The technician will be expected to perform basic rebuilding of gearboxes, motors, and small pneumatic equipment, and assist in unloading powdered and liquid raw materials from rail cars as needed. Regular preventive maintenance on plant process and utility equipment, including lubrication, filter replacement, and equipment inspection, is also part of the job. The technician may also be required to assist on equipment installations and upgrades.
