ManpowerGroup Sales Support Specialist in Elkhart, Indiana

Our client is in search of a Sales Support Specialist to join their team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be a valuable member of the Sales Department, assisting with sales orders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate strong time management abilities that align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

Location: Elkhart, Indiana

Pay Range: 16.00

What’s the Job?

  • Answer incoming phone calls from customers

  • Take and process customer orders efficiently

  • Assist customers with corporate sales inquiries and orders

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer orders

  • Accurately process and finalize sales orders

What’s Needed?

  • Minimum 2 years of previous customer service experience.

  • Proficiency in handling customer inquiries, issues, and orders in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel.

  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in taking and processing customer orders to guarantee fulfillment.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of resolving customer concerns and addressing issues during order processing.
