We are looking for a skilled Network Administrator with Server Experience to join our team ONSITE in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be tasked with managing servers, overseeing applications, implementing updates, and ensuring optimal hardware operation. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, providing a path for long-term career development within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and maintain server operations on a regular basis to ensure optimal performance.

• Develop strategies for end-of-life servers to ensure minimal downtime and operational efficiency.

• Regularly monitor and maintain server applications, implementing updates as required.

• Utilize Hyper-V and Virtual Machines for data migration from one system to another.

• Familiarity with Azure Cloud technologies a huge plus.

• Maintain and troubleshoot server hardware, specifically focusing on Dell and Cisco products.

• Perform all server backups and storage in the cloud to ensure data is secured and easily retrievable.

• Ensure optimal operation of all Cisco and Citrix Technologies.

• Maintain database configuration and perform regular deployments.

• Utilize knowledge of Active Directory and Backup Technologies to ensure smooth operation of network systems.

Requirements

• Position requires at least 3 years of experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.

• Applicant must have experience managing End-Of-Life Servers and installation/ maintenance of new.

• Applicant must have proficiency in working with Cisco Routers and Cisco Technologies.

• Experience with Citrix Technologies is required.

• Applicant should have a good understanding and experience working with Databases.

• Experience in working with Dell Technologies is necessary.

• Applicant must have experience in working with Active Directory.

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies is essential.

• Proficiency in Computer Hardware is required.

• Applicant should have experience in Configuration Management.

• Experience in Deployments is necessary.
