Innovation Professional Placement Mechanical Assembler in ELMIRA, New York
Mechanical Assemblers/machine operators are need for a great mfg. company in Elmira Heights, NY.. Company will TRAIN (no experience needed.) Must be reliable and eager to work, have own transportation back and forth to work. This company is looking to bring on new employees ASAP. Will be contract/temp to start and could go direct after probation period. (probation period 90-120 days then direct, then you pick up companies benefits) Work hours are as follows: Monday - Friday 1st shift 7 am - 3:30 pm Maybe Saturday if needed 2nd shift 3:30 pm to midnight (if need to be, 2nd shift not added yet) Must be able to work both shifts (when needed) COMPANY WILL TRAIN TO: Run machines, assemble parts, follow blueprints, able to work in fast paced environment. Read and understand basic eng. drawing, operation sheets, mfg. instructions, and other literature pertaining to assembly and packaging areas. While standing or sitting operate a variety of machines such as arbor presses, coil winding machines, crimping machines, AND various hand assembly using hand or power driven tools, pliers, screw drivers, hammers, etc.. Lift up to 50-55 lbs., maintain clean/safe work place, WILL REQUIRE a pre-employment DRUG TESTING/PHYSICAL WILL BE ASKED TO FILL OUT APPLICATION $ 16.00hr to start then when you go direct up to $20.14 hr.
