Description We are in the process of recruiting a meticulous Help Desk Analyst for our team based in ELMSFORD, New York. The Help Desk Analyst will primarily be responsible for monitoring and resolving help desk tickets within our organization and assisting in IT related projects. This role will also include setting up new computers, providing additional support with business applications, operating system updates, and updating internal documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and resolve help desk tickets promptly and efficiently

• Assist in IT-related projects from inception to completion

• Set up new computer systems and ensure their proper function

• Provide additional support with business applications such as ERP systems

• Carry out operating system updates regularly to ensure system efficiency

• Update internal documentation to reflect changes or additions to the system

• Act as the central point of contact for all company-related information technology support requests

• Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve problems with the aim of eliminating recurrences

• Implement measures to reduce the volume of issues within the IT department

• Utilize skills in Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, and Desktop Hardware to optimize system performance. Requirements • Proficient in Citrix Technologies

• Experience with Database Management

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Skilled in using Lotus Notes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of Active Directory

• Ability to troubleshoot Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Ability to provide Deskside Support
