Robert Half International Help Desk Analyst III - Elysian Fields - Remote in Elysian Fields, Texas
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst III in Houston, Texas (Remote). This role is crucial for our renewable energy industry, where you will be the main point of contact for technical API and data integration support. As part of the Customer Support team, you will be working closely with various teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement process improvements.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for technical API and data integration support Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues related to our platform products Manage inbound support tickets escalated from Tier 2 Serve as an SME and stakeholder for support, data, product, and commercial teams Conduct Root Cause Analysis for customer issues Responsible for technical documentation including developer site content Manage tickets that need to be escalated to the Engineering team and ensure their completion Support ancillary requests such as customer reporting and audits Contribute to the design and improvement of product and processes Train and mentor team members in the global delivery center.
Requirements:
Applicant must have a deep understanding of API - Application Programming Interface Proficiency in Data Integration is required Basic Troubleshooting skills are essential for this role Experience with Network Troubleshooting is necessary Must have knowledge and experience in SQL A background in the renewable energy industry is a plus Prior experience in a Help Desk Analyst role or similar is desired Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers Must have the ability to learn new technologies quickly Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work is essential A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
