Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

The Operations Program Manager is responsible for providing support for development programs in the Endicott CAS business area. Efforts include being part of a multifunctional program team and supporting the PM to plan and successfully execute to program milestones. Additionally, the selected candidate will schedule, plan and lead Operations efforts to achieve success on assigned programs. Operations Cost, Quality and schedule are key aspects to the plan and execution.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Cross functional experience within different Operations roles.

• Experience with project scheduling techniques and cost tracking systems.

• Knowledge of military based quality system.

• Excellent team building skills.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience with Development programs.

• Experience with Oracle based manufacturing planning system.

• Strong communications skills.

• Comfortable with one on one as well as large group discussions and ability to lead group discussions.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $102200 - $173700

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
