Kenvue is currently recruiting for a:

Digital & Media Analyst

This role is to lead digital analytics across the Northern European business, working closely internally with cross-functional teams and externally with key media agencies to deliver best-in-class digital marketing campaigns, activities as well as outstanding capabilities.

This position reports into the CBI team and is based at High Wycombe (hybrid).

What will you do

The Digital & Media Analyst will be responsible for the leading our approach to digital analytics across paid and owned media to ultimately help to deliver brand growth. Your expertise across web and media analytics will be crucial in helping us to unlock value across the way that we execute, working closely with the Digital & Media team, regional and global stakeholders, as well with key agency partners to ensure we are delivering strong performance and returns on investment across our digital marketing efforts. As well as this, you will help to elevate the impact of digital marketing across the total business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct analyses across digital marketing campaigns and activities to provide insights and recommend strategic actions to highlight areas of opportunity and improve performance business, using a variety of data from digital, website and media analytics tools (including GA4, Meta, Google Ads, Amazon Ads etc)

  • Lead campaign optimisation reviews, providing insight and performance recommendations

  • Lead business reviews for all our brand’s digital marketing activities in order to highlight performance, link back to business impact and share best practice

  • Governance across digital measurement and benchmarks for all paid and owned digital channels, ensuring adherence to regional/global standard

  • Governance across strategic planning and activation of our media buying, ensuring sufficient delivery against key audience profiles (category buyers), purchase behaviours and appropriate SOV to deliver against key business objectives

  • Governance of local reporting and data taxonomies, making recommendations around data collection habits across paid and owned media channels

  • Lead business cases for advanced analytics, working closely with data science teams to activate use cases (e.g. data modelling, onboarding & analysis, clean room activation)

  • Drive digital data test & learns such as leveraging single source data in media mix modelling to increase depth of understanding and insight on digita

  • Ownership of digital reporting standards and tools

  • The key regional / global stakeholder for digital analytics, driving and adopting best practice

  • Drive ongoing optimisation of reporting processes and ways of working by monitoring performance, listening to and providing feedback

Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • Extensive experience working in digital analytics, including using web analytics and media tools

  • Knowledge of evaluation of marketing and commercial ROI, conversion funnel analysis and conversion optimisation

  • Strong collaboration skills with key stakeholder grounds across agency groups, regional and global analytics teams and marketing and brand teams

  • Strong knowledge of platforms, campaign structure, optimisation processes and metrics.

  • Experience working in digital media in analytics and strong web analytics skills

  • Experience with data visualisation or BI tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio etc with an ability to use data visualisation to story-tell

  • Experience of using Marketing Mix Models (econometrics) to inform marketing decisions

  • Sound understanding of media and AdTech ecosystem including buying platforms, Ad Servers, Ad Verification, Ad Attention, Web Analytics

  • Well organised, focused & able to set prioritise effectively

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Attention to detail is a must, comfortable with making relevant logic assumptions to proxy data when needed as well as identify outliers in data that need validating.

  • Sound understanding of the consumer data privacy landscape, GDPR and ethical data practices

  • Up to date with the latest trends and standard methodologies in online marketing and measurement.

  • Strong process and project management skills

  • Experience of working in a matrix organisation or evidence of strong skills in managing and influencing a complex network of stakeholders across the business

  • Has a can-do attitude, with a strong ability to influence others and work collaboratively
