Background & Purpose of the Job As a Logistics Process Specialist, you will be responsible for observing and performing the current role while working with the broader Logistics team to increase automation and improve freight payment process.. This position will firstly learn the current process of North America Invoice Processing in our CASS shipment, manage carrier billing portfolios, and identify system inefficiencies. Future state this individual with find continuous improvement abilities, remove manual touchpoints in the process, become the subject matter expert in total CASS payment process. The Logistics Process Specialist role will require engagement with multiple internal departments as well as multiple external companies.

Role Responsibilities

• Process invoices for set carrier portfolio in CASS

• Manager carrier billing relationship

• Assist in exception handling and correction for all carrier invoices received

• Assist in identification of process and system efficiencies and best practices, both in external processes but also for the CASS upgrade project scheduled to take place this year

• Strategize to remove manual processing in CASS

• Become Subject Matter Expert for CASS in reporting and utilizing

• Identification of process and system efficiencies and best practices, both in external processes and CASS utilization

• Experience with SAP, OTM, CASS is a plus.

• 2+ years of transportation operations

Pay: The pay range for this position is $68,000 to $102,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
