All-Phase Concrete Construction Concrete Finisher in Englewood, Colorado
All-Phase Concrete Construction Inc. seeks to fill multiple Concrete Finisher positions.
Duties: * Expertly pour, level, and smooth concrete on roads, sidewalks, curbs, floors, and other surfaces. * Set forms that hold concrete in place, patch existing surfaces, cut expansion joints, and monitor curing of the concrete to ensure a high-quality finish. * Place, finish, protect, and repair concrete. * Operate screed to level freshly placed concrete according to grade and depth specification. * Cut joints/grooves in concrete with edging tools to control cracking. * Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces.
Requirements: * At least 12 months of experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar position. * Must be able to lift a minimum of 100 lbs. repetitively and continuously for several hours at a time. * Must be able to work different shifts and overtime as required. * Must be able to work outdoors in varied environments and weather conditions. * Must pass background check and drug test.
Location: 4770 S Wyandot St., Englewood, Colorado 80110; regular travel to job sites throughout the Denver metropolitan area.
Salary: $61,152/year.
