Description We are seeking a proficient Paralegal in ENGLEWOOD, Colorado, to become an integral part of our team. The successful applicant will be instrumental in managing complex litigation cases within the Personal Injury Department. This role involves a variety of responsibilities including drafting legal documents, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring effective communication with diverse individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing business, financial, and other case-related documents and records.

• Applying the rules of civil procedures in both state and federal courts.

• Preparing for and attending arbitration, mediation, and trial.

• Drafting pleadings, discovery, and routine correspondence.

• Developing and maintaining cooperative working relationships.

• Directing and instructing administrative staff effectively.

• Anticipating attorney needs, identifying problems, and finding solutions.

• Managing electronic and paper filing systems.

• Prioritizing a high-volume workload with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Reviewing and processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
