Exciting Opportunity: Financial Business Analyst in Northern NJ

As a Financial Business Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of driving our business forward. Collaborating with local and international cross-functional teams—spanning customer support, sales, operations, marketing, and finance—you'll gather and analyze critical data, identify business opportunities, and transform insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations.

• Reporting and Presentation: Generate compelling reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, internal teams, and senior leadership.

• Sales Operations Support: Analyze and support the sales operations discipline to drive efficiency and growth.

• Customer Insights: Examine customer behavior, printer performance, and consumption metrics to identify optimization and growth opportunities.

• Model Development: Create models and forecasts to inform business decision-making and strategic planning.

• Data Visualization: Design and implement impactful data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to convey insights to non-technical audiences.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.

• Database Management: Develop and maintain databases and data warehouses to support data analysis needs.

• KPI Support: Evaluate opportunities and revenue models to support team KPIs.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience: 4+ years of proven experience as a Business FP& A Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in the technology, production, or manufacturing industry.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Salesforce) with the ability to develop and present dashboards.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills to present complex information clearly and concisely.

• Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation.

• Financial Modeling: Strong understanding of financial modeling.

• Industry Experience: Experience with high-growth, fast-paced companies.
