Description We are searching for a meticulous Sr. Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Enon Nt, Ohio, United States. This role involves a combination of AP dispute handling and capital project entry in the telecom industry. The successful candidate will be expected to work on-site, demonstrating strong proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Word, along with excellent time management skills and a high level of data integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Sort and manage Outlook mailboxes effectively.

• Send out both electronic and paper communications as necessary.

• Make phone calls to employees on leave to inquire about potential extensions.

• Display strong data integrity through accurate processing and data comparison.

• Demonstrate the ability to switch between various tasks efficiently.

• Exhibit critical thinking skills, understanding that not all tasks may be straightforward.

• Utilize strong Excel skills to manage and process data.

• Leverage Outlook for communication and scheduling.

• Use Microsoft Word for document creation and management.

• Show strong time management skills by effectively juggling a variety of tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry and related software

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

• Advanced knowledge in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Excellent typing speed with superior accuracy

• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and methodologies

• High attention to detail and ability to spot data discrepancies

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

• High school diploma or equivalent. Higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
