YOUR ROLE

  • Coordinate customer complaints. 

  • Support cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate true root causes leading to customer complaints at the 3rd Party Logistics Warehouse. 

  • Utilize standard work processes combined with agreed upon customer formats and protocols when required. 

  • Facilitate problem solving sessions, progress review meetings or telephone conferences.

  • Facilitate access to key information or other resources needed to achieve success.

  • Determine root cause and corrective actions and develop project plans to drive change.

  • Report monthly progress metrics.

  • Manage the blocked inventory process in the warehouse.

  • Check for inventory accuracy on blocked stock/ make corrections as required.

  • Propose dispositions to Material Review Board on blocked/damaged stock.

  • Assist with actions related to Food Safety processes including determining root cause and corrective actions related to audit findings.

  • Assist Warehouse management team with Food Safety process audits (G&BP, pest control practices, site security, etc).

  • Lead and support projects at Enoree site, such as reducing off-spec batches and complaint reduction.

  • Inspect materials and pull samples for manufacturing plant, as needed.

  • Review key account outbound shipments for compliance.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree within a relevant Science discipline.        

  • Knowledge and experience with ISO/QS standards (9001/14001/45001/22000).

  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or warehousing environment.

  • Experience leading teams and working with customers.

  • Experience in troubleshooting difficult problems.

  • Excellent project management and organization skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with Adhesives or sealants and coatings knowledge a preference.

  • SAP proficiency preferable.

  • Must be willing to travel occasionally (10%).

The salary for this role is $68,000.00-$80,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
