CHEN-PENG, LLC dba FOUR SEASONS RESTAURANT seeks a CHEF in Enumclaw, Washington. Our chefs will plan menus, cook, prepare and direct the preparation of Chinese-style dishes and other food according to recipes. Prepare and direct others in the preparation of meats, soups, sauces, vegetables, and other food prior to cooking. Season and cook Chinese-style food according to prescribed methods and recipe. Serve portions and garnish food. Assist in ordering foodstuffs, plans menus, and develop new dishes. Supervise culinary staff.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 24 months experience as Chef, Cook, Restaurant Cook or related position preparing Chinese style dishes and food.
