What do you contribute?

As a Bid Manager (m/f/d) we will count on you to work with many colleagues from around the globe, tracking and driving activities, meeting challenges using hands-on problem-solving skills, arranging & facilitating key workshops (on-site, hybrid, virtual) to drive and maintain momentum.

• As a member of the Locomotives International sales team, you help pursuit teams navigate complex tendering requirements.

• You will Support the development of the Bid strategy and develop a goal-oriented plan in order to reach the Goal.

• Execution: You coordinate the areas of engineering, quality and risk and facilitates workshops in these areas. Ensure regular pursuit team alignment calls, monitor the development in the different areas and handle requirements and tracking of these.

• Enablement: Your pro-active and service-oriented performance enables the pursuit team to fully focus on the right solution and the optimal approach.

What do you bring along?

• Technical degree or a comparable qualified education preferred.

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience as a bid/proposal manager within Rail industry preferably within Rolling stock.

• Offering preparation towards Customer and internal within the company.

• Team builder with excellent communication and leadership skills, you are ready to take responsibility, and resolve conflicts confidently and objectively.

• Proactive and goal-oriented you can deliver the highest quality standards, even under time and success pressure.

• Willingness to travel and business fluent German and English skills to optimally support our international teams and pursuits at all management levels.
