Acquire to Retire Solution Leader, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Erlanger, KY. Globally accountable for the Acquire to Retire business process through Information Technology (IT) solutions. Create and manage an asset through its lifecycle, decommission and keep financials in account for the Acquire to Retire process. Provide business technology strategy development, solution discovery, solution management, risk management and relationship management. Provide consultation, planning and design, and management of supporting and existing technical solutions. Serve as the primary connection between IT solution delivery and the business and process stakeholders, represent IT and promote IT solutions and capabilities. Define and action IT strategy. Provide sound rationale for application portfolio management and manage product introduction and retirement plans, proactively anticipate gaps and overlap within the application portfolio. Support the change and innovation of the Acquire to Retire global process.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering (any), or a related field, and seven (7) years of post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience. Must have seven 7 years of experience with/in:•Large-scale and enterprise environments; •SAP solutions covering asset process: construction, design, operations, commissioning, and corrective and predictive maintenance; •Drive delivery of large-scale enterprise transformation programs;•Operating in a cross-functional governance models requiring direct interface, presentations and/or making recommendations of the given process area; and•Management supporting global deployments.Up to 20% domestic and international travel required.To apply, mail resume to: Christina Hetzer, ADM; PO BOX 1470, Decatur, IL 62525 (reference: KY0079).
