The Opportunity:

As a sales leader, you will be responsible of successfully leading a team of 10 members.

  • Lead, motivate and coachthesalesteamwithin Traditional Trade and Modern Mass Market

  • Successfullydevelop and implementthesalesstrategy on corporate and customerlevel

  • Further support in implementingnewprocessesofchangewithin GER & AT

  • Responsibility and managementfor top keyaccounts

  • Budget planning/ demandforecasting & reportingto EU level

  • Fullresponsibilityforsales/ costs & profitability

  • Further developbusinesswithinexisting and newdistributionchannels

  • Continuestrengtheningtherelation and cooperationwith Marketing colleagueswithin DACH toensureOneBICDACHteamspirit

Skills you will bring to the team:

  • At least 5 yearsexperience in a salesfunctionwith a minimumof 3 years in leading an interdisciplinaryteam

  • Excellentcoachingskills and provenexperienceof building and developing a high performing team

  • Prior experience and distinctknowledgeof primarily modern massmarket and retailindustry, traditional trade environment knowledge is highly preferable

  • Prior experience and deepknow-howwithinthe German/ Austrian retaillandscape

  • Clear strategicthinkerwith strong customerrelationshipmanagementskills

  • Proven and consistent track recordofmeeting and exceedingsalestargets in a growthbusiness

  • Customer insights and salesanalyticsexperience

  • Strong influencing and communicationskills

  • Fluent in German and English

Additional information:

Frequent travel expected in this role (15% of time)
