Nestle Business Analyst Mgmt. Accounting in Esplugues Llobregat, Spain

In order to complete our Finance and Legal Technology Department, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst - Financial Consolidation and Group Reporting.

Position Snapshot

The role

In this position, you will serve as a liaison between the IS/IT & business consumers and customers. As part of the product team, you bring deep understanding to the opportunities and issues facing your business function and advice on the best solutions. You further translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements, and play a key role within the product team to specify, test and deploy those as global IS/IT solutions for the Group.

What you’ll do

• Be part of the SAP Central Finance programme by translating Nestlé’s complex financial processes into the latest innovative financial consolidation and reporting systems

• Support the Product Manager in the development of the strategy through incremental improvement of the product

• Work with IS/IT Product Managers to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the business need

• Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation

• Partner with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyse, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements

Minimum qualifications:

• Master’s degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent

• 3+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area

• Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards

• Experience in large SAP roll out projects

• Deep understanding of the IT landscape in the functional area, especially SAP solutions such as ECC, S/4

Bonus Points If You:

• Experience using tools such as ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager and Azure DevOps
