  • Job Summary: The Organization Executive Administration Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the entire organization, with a specific focus on Human Resources. This role involves handling highly confidential material, requiring the signing of an additional confidentiality agreement. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the Microsoft Suite and other software platforms, possess effective communication skills, have excellent research abilities, business acumen, and a positive attitude. Strong data entry, document organization, and record-keeping skills are essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives and staff across the organization.

  • Primarily assist the Human Resources Manager, including but not limited to the following departments: Accounting, Purchasing, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.

  • Conduct research and compile data for reports and projects.

  • Maintain accurate and organized records and files.

  • Assist with data entry and database management.

  • Coordinate and support organizational events and activities.

  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment

  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

    Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other software platforms.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent research and analytical skills.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational operations.

  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Exceptional data entry and accuracy skills.

  • Excellent document organization and record-keeping abilities.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with a focus on Human Resources.

    Additional Requirements:

  • Must sign a confidentiality agreement upon hiring.

    Work Environment:

  • Office setting with standard office equipment.

  • Hybrid option available after 90 days of employement.
