About the Job

For this position, you’ll be part of the Dr.Jart EMEA team supporting the Marketing Manager on building Marketing Strategy in EMEA (18 markets), driving brand awareness and increasing market share.

About Your Responsibilities

Key tasks:

PRODUCT MARKETING & 360 GO TO MARKET STRATEGY

• Prepare competitive review and monthly highlight

• Analyse sales results every month

• Work on transversal projects on consumer trends and competitive insights

• Support on Trade initiatives and reporting

• Help affiliates on any request regarding product information or assets

PR/COMMUNICATION

• Monthly PR report consolidation from affiliates & follow up

• Coordination of PR needs and request Global/affiliates (ex. PR boxes, Events)

• Launch recap consolidation for each big campaign

• Support in content creation with our brand ambassador

An internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory.

About You

Available 6 months starting January 2025

Minimum Education Level :

Higher Education (Bac 5, from a Business school or university)

Minimum Years and Area of Experience :

2 nd internship of gap year (cesure) or end-of-study internship. Interest in the cosmetics sector. Previous, relevant marketing experience.

Required Language Proficiency :

Fluent in English (language of work) and ability to speak French.

Additional Job Specifications :

• Excellent organizational, communication and computer skills (including Microsoft 365 Office programs)

• Proactive and enjoys working in fast-paced environment

• Organized, detail-oriented and curious

• Keen sense of analysis and synthesis

• Good knowledge of new social media platform and interest in new trends

Qualifications

About you

Minimum Education Level: Business school student or University Master’s Degree (BAC 4/5), preferably in a gap year/ end-of study program

Minimum Years and Area of Experience: A previous experience in Marketing is required

Required Language Proficiency: English fluency is a must

Additional Job Specifications:

• Data driven, feeling at ease with excel, figures and data reporting

• Autonomous, takes initiative and is reactive to business demands

• Capacity to adapt under changing and volatile environment post-Covid

• High attention to detail, excellent organization and positive attitude with a team work mindset

• Competent with Microsoft Office pack, in particular with Excel and PowerPoint

• An interest for beauty would be appreciated
