This firm specializes in Alternative Credit, Fixed Income, Healthcare, and Systematic Investing.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist in company formations (Delaware, Cayman Islands, other jurisdictions) and document management for investment transactions and fund launches.
- Handle filings, prepare standard bank, and tax forms.
- Maintain corporate records and assist with corporate entity liquidations.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor\'s degree required.
- 1+ year of corporate or transactional paralegal experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe Professional skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and detail-oriented.
