Aerotek Assembler in Everett, Washington

Job Title: Assembler-Level 3

Job Description

Join our team as an Assembler 3, where you will play a crucial role in building packaging machines from the frame up. In this role, you will assemble products using diagrams and sequences, install mechanical components and sub-assemblies into machines, and mount auxiliary equipment to packaging machines. Your responsibilities will include correctly positioning parts, drilling, tapping, and reaming holes at designated points, aligning and connecting parts together with fasteners using hand and power tools, and setting up and operating machines for testing purposes.

Hard Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience with assembly in manufacturing or maintenance

  • Ability to use hand and power tools

  • Experience in setting up and operating machines for testing

Soft Skills

  • Mechanically inclined

  • Artistic mindset in completing projects/assemblies

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Everett, Washington.

Work Environment

Choose between two available schedules: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or Monday-Thursday 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM. You will be part of a company that produces automated packaging machines for multiple end users, contributing to a dynamic and productive work environment.
