Senior Behavioral Group Home Manager
Up to $70,000 Plus up to $10,000 in Bonuses

Who We Need :
We are looking for a highly qualified Group Home Manager to lead the opening of two brand new adult group homes. The manager oversees daily operations, supervises direct care employees, interfaces with clinical professionals, and guides the care of our consumers. Applicants must have experience developing behavior intervention plans, understand behavioral assessments, and have a strong understanding of programming with I/DD consumers. The position requires an active RBT credential or completion of the RBT program within 6 months of hire. BCBA supervision will be provided to maintain the RBT credential.
What We Need:
Active RBT credential or completion of the RBT program within the first 6 months. Completion of continuing education as specified by the program.
Experience applying ABA and counseling strategies with individuals with developmental disabilities
Previous experience leading teams and overseeing initiatives
Experience overseeing treatment plans, skill development, and group home operations.
Monitor medication administration and complete appropriate documentation
Accompany individuals to and from various appointments
Under Executive Order #252,must be either vaccinated against COVID-19 or must be willing to comply with weekly testing
What You Need :
High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years behavioral health experience
Valid driver's license (less than 3 suspensions and/or points in the past 3 years)
Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
