Job Title: Receiver
Job Description
As a Receiver, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process from the reception of goods to storage. This includes ensuring that goods are properly classified using our unique color-coded system and managing Direct-Through-Stock (DTS) materials in accordance with company guidelines. You will also be expected to foster a reliable and timely rapport with suppliers, promptly address any inbound errors or delays, and work closely with procurement to maintain quality assurance. Your role will involve meticulous verification of incoming purchase orders and comprehensive inspection of inbound materials. Lastly, you will be expected to play a leadership role within the receiving team, focusing on mentoring, skill development, and continuous operational refinement.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Fairfield, California.
Work Environment
The work environment is within a warehouse and the yard with temperatures consistent with the weather outside. There are over 15+ employees working in the warehouse during the day, and all are expected to be cross-trained. Managers will be working alongside the employees, providing support and feedback to improve performance. The warehouse operates 24 hours, 5 days per week with rare work on Saturdays. Mandatory overtime is typically on weekdays. Once converted to a permanent employee, they can expect a potential increase in pay depending on performance.
