Our client, Acushnet Company is seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be able to work with an accurate sense or urgency, excellent time management skills, and prior experience.

Job Title: HR Coordinator

Location: Hybrid Role - Fairhaven, MA

Pay Range: $30 per hr

Hybrid Schedule with some onsite work expected

Temp position of 6-12 months

What’s the Job?

• Process HR Related actions such as new hires and employee changes in an accurate and timely manner

• Support new hire onboarding, conduct orientations, I-9 management

• Maintain employee records including active and inactive employee files

• Participate in meetings, trainings and business improvement initiatives

What’s Needed?

• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience

• Knowledge of HRIS systems

• High School Diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred
