Job Title: Precision Assembler - Waterjet Nozzles

Job Description:

Join our team as a Precision Assembler specializing in waterjet nozzles to meet the escalating demands of our clientele. We seek individuals who excel in meticulous assembly work, capable of handling intricate parts under a microscope with precision and dexterity.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble waterjet nozzles with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Utilize specialized tools such as tweezers and microscopes to handle tiny components effectively.

Follow assembly instructions and quality standards to ensure consistency and reliability of the final product.

Maintain a steady pace of production to meet daily quotas and customer deadlines.

Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and enhance efficiency.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.

Requirements:

Proficiency in handling delicate components and tools under a microscope.

Comfortable with repetitive tasks and prolonged periods of sitting at a workbench.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during assembly processes.

Prior experience in assembly work or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.

Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving production requirements.

Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.

Must have reliable transportation.

Proficiency in English required for effective communication in the workplace.
