Hornbacher's is seeking an Assist theGrocery Manager at our Village Westlocation.Objective is topromotesales and achieve profit margins and labor goals as projected. To contribute toward ensuring a positive shopping environment for customers and positive working conditions for employees.
Position requires comprehensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of department conditions. Responsible to assist Manager withongoing department planning, execution and evaluation in order to ensure maximum sales, effective cost control and efficient utilization of labor. Requires ability toprovide training, development, and work direction to employees in a consistent and supportive manner.Candidate must possess exceptional communication and mathematical skills. 2-4 years in Food servicepreferred.
