Hornbachers Guest Service Lead (FT) - Fargo/Moorhead in Fargo, North Dakota
Seeking ull-time Guest Service Lead at our Moorhead and Gateway West locations.
As a Guest Service Lead, you are responsible for ensuring the Guest Service Counter is ready and fully functioning to assist guests throughout the day. You will oversee the training of new employees, ensure they understand the essential duties of the position and coach them as they learn and develop in their role. In addition, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of service by supporting the front-end, as well as the remainder of the store, through quick cashier interventions, transaction reversals/corrections, and other unique transactions. Lastly, you will oversee the Front-End in the absence of the Senior Guest Service Manager and Guest Service Manager
