The Treasury Management Portfolio Manager will partner with Treasury Management Officers to help manage, retain, and grow their Treasury Management portfolio and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
In-Office Position
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot customer issues with TM online services including, but not limited to: Remote Deposit Capture Services, ACH Origination Services, Lockbox Services, Positive Pay Services, Online Wire Origination Services, Business Bill Pay, and Account Analysis.
Understand operating requirements associated with each TM product and service.
Assist TMO's with onboarding TM clients to ensure a smooth and seamless transition including preparation of TM customer documentation.
Conduct regular TM customer product and annual reviews along with completion of account analysis on current and potential customer accounts.
Collaborate closely with FIBT teams on product development, efficiencies, and continued education.
Solidify customer retention efforts by providing a superior level of customer service and making oneself available for customer TM support.
Maintain strong industry knowledge of all available TM products, services, fees, processing deadlines and FIBT policies and procedures through ongoing training.
Qualifications:
College degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or Business Administration; a minimum of three years of prior banking experience, preferably in Treasury Management, Retail, Digital Banking, or Operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Prior working experience in a bank (preferably in TM or with commercial deposits).
Strong understanding of TM products and services, including treasury management, payment processing, and risk management preferred.
Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, and Outlook experience preferred.
