We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) position for a small organization who has a major part of the business operations in the Dallas / Fort Worth region. The individual will be responsible for a crucial role in developing and implementing the companies technology roadmap and e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our strategic objectives.

• Lead the development and implementation of e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and security.

• Oversee the management of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases, to ensure reliability and scalability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technological opportunities and address business challenges.

• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that enhance our competitive edge.

• Manage a team of technology professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

• Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of technology initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

• Leverage skills in Mobile Development, Backend Development, Cloud Technologies, CRM, AWS Technologies, Computer Hardware, Deployments, Design, and Digital.

Requirements

• 7 + years of experience working with e-commerce platform, Shopify and providing "Data Driven Solutions."

• Prior experience as a Web Developer, Software Engineer, etc.

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Expertise with managing 3rd party vendors

• Understanding of Computer Hardware

• Experience in handling Deployments

• Demonstrated skills in Design

• Knowledge in Digital technologies is a must

• Proven track record in technology leadership roles such as CTO or similar

• Ability to strategize and make decisions that align with the company's goals and vision

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, both within and outside the organization

• Proven experience in managing and leading tech teams

• Demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date with the latest technological developments and trends

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
