We are seeking a Construction Project Manager for our commercial and home renovation contractor in metro-Detroit, primarily handling local client needs with occasional travel required. This role involves project management, onsite supervision, and direct communication with Owners and management teams. Projects may include high-end residential to commercial/hospitality remodels and restorations. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, managing, ensuring quality, assessing risks, and keeping stakeholders informed.

This is a fully on-site position in Farmington Hills, Michigan.

Work Environment

The position is mostly based in the local metro-Detroit market with occasional travel for 3-9 days as needed. Work hours typically span 45/50 per week, varying by project. The role involves a 60% office and 40% jobsite presence. Our office boasts an updated, open concept with a second floor overlooking the pit, fostering a close-knit, family-like environment with plenty of fun and inside jokes. Daily tasks may range from managing a water leak in a high-end residential home to overseeing a hospitality office remodel.
