salary: $15.99 - $16 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 5 AM - 3 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Applying release agent using provided spray bottles and brushes.

• Verify the appropriate amount of release is applied evenly throughout the tool every shot.

• Operate the dispensing machines to acquire the material required for molding.

• Use of scales to measure and weigh materials, when needed.

• Mix raw materials thoroughly by hand, when needed prior to pouring into molds.

• Fill tools with mixed raw materials.

• Close and clamp tools.

• Demold parts from tooling once materials have cured.

• Visually inspect the product for flaws.

• Trim flash from molded parts, using the provided hand tools.

• Box or palletize product for shipment.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 10 hours at one time
