TEKsystems Data Entry Specialist (Remote In WA Only) in Federal Way, Washington

Job Description – Revenue Specialist supporting Revenue Operations Department:

  • Granting and maintaining provider web portal access. Setting up teammates as users to process claims and register new patients.

  • Apply payments to the correct customer accounts. Manually review and match the payments to the appropriate invoices to make sure payment has been received.

  • Work with insurance payers to research and resolve enrollment opportunities.

  • Scan, file, and sort medical records both manually and electronically.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be open to onsite training for 2-3 weeks

  • Minimum of six (6) months of office experience required

  • HS Diploma or GED Equivalent required (must provide documentation)

  • Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook required

  • No time off within first 30 days

Contract Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire depending on performance (long-term)

Pay Rate: $18-19/HR

Start Date: July 15th

Location: Federal Way, WA - ONSITE for 2-3 weeks of training then remote after training period

Onsite 2-3 Week Training: M-F 8am-4:30pm

Remote After Training Schedules M-F:

  • 5am-1:30pm

  • 8am-4:30pm

  • 1pm-9:30pm
