Description

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk, based in Northern, KY. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices efficiently, reconciling vendor statements, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process a high volume of invoices using NetSuite or similar ERP systems.

• Review and verify invoices and check requests for appropriate documentation and approval.

• Prioritize invoices according to payment terms and due dates to optimize cash flow management.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues promptly.

• Monitor accounts payable aging to ensure timely payments.

• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, as well as check runs.

• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Respond to accounts payable inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

• Implement skills such as Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, and NetSuite to perform job functions effectively.

Requirements • Minimum of one year experience in a role focused on Accounts Payable (AP)

• Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel

• Experience with check runs and coding invoices

• Strong data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

• Demonstrated ability to process invoices in a timely and accurate manner

• Prior experience in the Construction/Contractor industry is a plus

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• High level of integrity and reliability

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
