Jabil Inc. Operations PMO Manager in Florence, Kentucky

Job Description:Operations PMO Manager positions offered by Jabil Inc. (Florence, KY). Provide leadership, organization, strategy and coordination to support PMO’s key activities, including oversight of project management team, development of the project management team, project planning, and governance in the designated region. Track project expenses versus expected budget to ensure projects meet expectations. Mentor and coach new project managers in the region to create professional development plans. Create executive level reports of project and program progress for Jabil stakeholders.Minimum Requirements:Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in industrial engineering or a related field and 7 years of experience in the position offered or 7 years of experience defining processes, driving continuous improvement programs for efficiency improvement, and driving quality improvement projects to drive process variation out in the manufacturing industry. Also requires 7 years of experience performing program management or implementing Lean Manufacturing processes. Requires 4 years of experience implementing and driving continuous shop floor engagement models. Requires 3 years of experience: performing enterprise resource planning; and applying cost accounting principles. Employee reports to office in Florence, KY.
