As our New Product Development Manager – you will report to the Director of Operations and on a given day, you may: Track the new product development projects, making sure that the development is following the JBT NPD process Improve our process by developing and standardizing new tools and lower-level processes. Work close to the Product Line Directors (PLDs) and Engineering Directors to create the NPD pipeline, aligning the Strategic Roadmaps with the resources and creating the plans to be accomplished. Track the usage of resources (hours and budget) - Financial responsibility Follow the Intellectual Property Strategy for DF&H making sure that we are protecting our developments and that we are paying for the right IPs. Requirements for the role 8+ years of experience in New Product Development Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical or electrical engineering or related discipline Lean, Six Sigma or other Continuous Improvement Methodology and Tools Live JBT values: Serve with Integrity, Collaborate with Humility, Innovate with Impact, Grow with Agility Travel & Location You will be under a hybrid model (combination of onsite and remote work) and we ask that you travel approximately 30% of the time within North America.
