Direct and conduct instrumental and vocal performances by the church musicians and choir members. Plan, schedule, and oversee rehearsals and performances. Consider such factors such as ensemble size and abilities,availability of scores, and the need for musical variety in order to select music to be performed. Confer with Senior Pastor and choir members to select music for church services and related events. Transcribe musical compositions and melodic lines to adapt them to a particular group or to create a particular musical style. Audition and select performances for worship services. Provide Bible study materials in relation to topic concerning musical worship and praise.
