Subject Matter Expert: Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. Qualifications: Expert qualification, expertise and experience in Army force management and force documentation technical areas TOE, BOIP, MTOE, TDA document build, and have eight years' experience. Shall be knowledgeable in application of quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) standards and organizational - mission capabilities related to force structure planning for the review of organizational requirements. Shall possess experience-knowledgeability and technical force management skills demonstrating expertise in Army FM, combat and capabilities needs, and organizational documentation, manpower workloads and capacity analysis including work center review, staffing patterns and their impact on the organization's mission capabilities under review in the organizational assessments. Shall have minimum eight years of experience in preparing General Officer (GO) and/or Senior Executive Service (SES)-level written and oral presentations. Shall have minimum eight years of experience in communications (oral and written) at the GO and SES level. Shall have minimum eight years force management expertise and experience with evaluating and proposing the appropriate structure of major organizations with significant mission sets.
