About the Position: This position is located with the Communications Security (COMSEC) Compliance Division at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Responsibilities Plans and integrates CSLA's business and marketing efforts and serves as the C2 CSLA coordinator and key staff advisor. Helps to develop marketing and business strategies and events aimed at highlighting CSLA's effectiveness. Help to create an accurate understanding and perception of CSLA as the pre-eminent provider of products and services throughout the defense community. Responsibility for Global INFOSEC Partnership for COMSEC Events, Static Display Design and Development, Design and Development of Promotional Tools. Responsible for Directors conferences, National Joint Military-Industry Symposia, Home on Home Conferences, Advance Planning Briefings to Industry, VIP Visitor Program, AMC Command Reviews, and Command Overview Briefings. Plans and executes events and secures the support and cooperation of functional specialists whose support audio visual television production, display designers, graphic artists, writer-editors and Transportation. Directs and oversees the preparation and staffing of program proposals. Specialized Experience One year specialize experience which includes demonstrated experience performing at least two (2) or more of the following: (1) working to develop marketing and business strategies. (2) Guide and assist in analyzing business requirements. (3) Working to provide onsite support at events. (4) Work meetings to determine display requirements and business development. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Attention to Detail Communications Decision Making Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11). Education Additional Information Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration. You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship. One year trial/probationary period may be required. Direct deposit of pay is required. Selection is subject to restrictions resulting from Department of Defense referral system for displaced employees.
