The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both accounts payable and receivable, with supervisory experience in the manufacturing industry. This role involves overseeing the AP/AR functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, and supporting the financial health of the company. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the AP/AR team, providing guidance and support.

• Oversee the processing of invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations.

• Maintain relationships with vendors and customers, addressing any issues or discrepancies.

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities for AP/AR.

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports related to AP/AR functions.

• Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial goals and objectives.
