Key Responsibilities - Electronic Assembler / Solderer:
Perform soldering, wire stripping, bonding, and other electro-mechanical assembly functions related to sub-assembly and final assembly processes.
Prepare and assemble parts according to written procedure checklists, assembly drawings, schematics, and instructions.
Conduct metal finishing tasks such as plating with a focus on quality and precision.
Cross-train and collaborate in other areas as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Maintain a “clean as you go” attitude, ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
Perform additional tasks assigned by management
Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of soldering experience in an electronic assembly manufacturing environment.
Proficient in the use of soldering equipment and small hand tools, including pliers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, scales, and calipers.
Ability to read and comprehend manufacturing work orders, processes, and procedures.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Basic computer skills are required to ensure accurate job tracking and documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
