** Shifts available: 4pm to 1am or 5pm to 2am

** Trainings schedule: M - F 9am to 6pm

Additional Incentives:

  • Able to pass a drug test and a background check

  • Must have HS diploma (Transcripts) or GED (minimiun requirement)

Responsibilities

  • The Call Center Specialist position is responsible for answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to our Multi Client Group customers, following program guidelines and call center standards.

  • Must speak fluently English and French.

  • Respond to incoming calls providing customers with accurate answers and guidelines related to the road asistance services , stolen vehicule reports and emergencey assistance.

  • Develop customer relationships that contribute to business objectives and promote customer loyalty.

  • Research and resolve customer questions and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Process tickets using a web based system to escalate customer issues as needed.

  • Must be able to work with web-based applications.

  • Able to use web-applications (6 months of experience is required)
