Responsibilities

• Lead inventory and warehouse teams, ensuring smooth operations and personnel management.

• Manage inventory tracking system and ERP tools for accurate stock recording and logistics.

• Optimize inventory levels and implement cost-saving strategies.

• Develop SOPs for receiving, warehousing, and shipping processes.

• Supervise inventory returns, safety protocols, and theft prevention measures.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and procedural errors.

• Conduct cycle counts, coordinate physical inventories, and manage unsellable product processes.

• Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve invoice errors and ensure excellent service standards.
