Zimmerman Advertising Part Time Receptionist in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

This position is part-time and onsite in our Fort Lauderadle, FL office.

Schedule; Mon-Fri from 2:30pm-6:30pm, 20 Hours Weekly

Overall Objective:

The Part Time Receptionist is responsible for being the face of the Agency, greeting visitors and answering phones in a friendly, professional and efficient manner at all times. This role also assists with administrative duties and projects as required and needed throughout the Agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and answer telephones in a friendly, professional and efficient manner, acting as an ambassador of the Agency.

  • Enforce security protocols for all associates and visitors.

  • Ensure that all associates and visitors needs are responded to appropriately and in a timely fashion.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and seek out ways to improve visitors and callers experience.

  • Maintain the agency reception area, coffee pantries and conference rooms, ensuring that they are kept neat, clean and presentable to visitors and associates.

  • Provide general administrative support and manage tasks and projects as directed.

  • Responsible for closing the Agency per building operations and procedures set by the Chief People Officer and directed by the Office Manager.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or Communication, or high school diploma or equivalent, and/or relevant experience.

  • Previous experience as an Admin./Receptionist.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Proven ability to communicate in a professional and upbeat manner, with both visitors and employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Professional presentation.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask while being flexible in a busy environment.

  • Reliable, dependable and trustworthy.
