Citigroup Product Developer Lead Specialist in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Product Developer Lead Specialist for its Fort Lauderdale, Florida location.

Duties: Provide market intelligence on Documentary services to the sales team. Stimulate the knowledge of the product in the countries for marketing, work on end-to-end marketing, perform product trainings, client events and implement a process to generate best practices. Communicate the direction & regional strategy to the core trade cluster/countries heads. Provide market intelligence on Documentary services to the sales team. Work in close coordination with the in-country, global, and cross regional team and clients in replicating successful structures in other countries. Participate in Product Management: Profit & Losses Management, Innovation, new product launches, policies related with the product (including Structure finance policy, global policies), Operational risks, and Local Country Addendum. Prioritize initiatives and tasks identified towards the proposed goals of the region. Find cross sell opportunities with FX and International Payment and Receivable Businesses across LATAM regions. Measure and grow market share, as well as determine benchmarks against competitors in product offerings, pricing, etc. and take actions presenting alternatives and solutions to be at pair or ahead of them. Determine benchmarks against our competitors (product offerings, pricing, etc.). Stimulate the knowledge of the product in the countries for marketing, work on end-to-end marketing, perform product trainings, client events and implement a process to generate best practices. Ensure alignment with Global teams and practices, and support execution of Global and Regional deals. Assist on internal and external audits. Provide regular training for regional and functional partners. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in International Trade, Business Management, International Business, Finance, Economics or related field and 6 years of experience as a Product Manager or related position involving International Trade and product offerings. 6 years of experience must include: Balance sheet Financial Analysis to determine optimal trade structure (DSO, DPOs, Cash conversion Cycle); Trade Product Lifecycle Management; International Trade Rules; Banking Treasury Operations; Trade Portfolio P&L Management; Trading Product Control Governance; and Project Management.
