Responsibilities:
Perform detailed inspections on a variety of complex in-process and finished assemblies and sub-assemblies to ensure conformance to quality assurance standards.
Utilize inspection instruments and gauges, demonstrating your expertise in the inspection process.
Ensures products & workmanship meet and/or exceed standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
Record, complete and maintain records of all applicable documentation with precision, adhering to detailed customer requirements and specifications.
Communicate seamlessly with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and effective work environment.
Other assigned tasks by management.
Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies
Qualifications:
Minimum one (1) year of professional experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment.
Experience utilizing various quality inspection measuring devices and hand tools.
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other software as required.
Minimum level of completed education: High School Diploma/GED
Good communication skills in English (both verbal & written)
Can lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs.
Vision abilities required are: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
