Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed inspections on a variety of complex in-process and finished assemblies and sub-assemblies to ensure conformance to quality assurance standards.

  • Utilize inspection instruments and gauges, demonstrating your expertise in the inspection process.

  • Ensures products & workmanship meet and/or exceed standards, specifications, and customer requirements.

  • Record, complete and maintain records of all applicable documentation with precision, adhering to detailed customer requirements and specifications.

  • Communicate seamlessly with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and effective work environment.

  • Other assigned tasks by management.

  • Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one (1) year of professional experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience utilizing various quality inspection measuring devices and hand tools.

  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other software as required.

  • Minimum level of completed education: High School Diploma/GED

  • Good communication skills in English (both verbal & written)

  • Can lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs.

  • Vision abilities required are: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
